Description
Join us on Friday, December 13 at 5 PM for an enlightening hour with Bainbridge Island’s leading audiologist, Dr. Camron Meikle, as he presents and demonstrates BPA's newly installed Magnetic Loop system. This free event offers an invaluable opportunity to learn about this innovative technology and how it transforms the listening experience for those with hearing loss.
What is a Magnetic Loop system?
The Magnetic Loop system, also known as an induction loop, creates a magnetic field that transmits sound directly to T-coil-enabled hearing aids. This means crystal-clear audio for anyone within the loop area, greatly reducing background noise and echo. Dr. Meikle will explain how this technology works and its impact on accessibility in public spaces, making performances, presentations, and more enjoyable for everyone.
For a hands-on experience, Dr. Meikle will bring demo hearing aids equipped with T-coils, giving a limited number of guests the chance to try out the system firsthand. Reservations are required to attend this free event—reserve your spot soon to explore how advanced audio technology can make a difference in your life or the life of someone you love.
