Thuy Nguyen is the mother of five children who have all taken a role in the business. Over the years we've transformed from Cafe at the Pavilion, Rooster's Cafe, Thuy's Pho House, and now Thuy's.
Our latest business venture highlights Thuy's first home, Vietnam. The menu features Vietnamese staples. Keeping things simple, delicious, and fresh. Come stop by and join the family!
Offering customers high quality and delicious food at a good value with great service. We use local meat, seafood and organic produce whenever possible. We do not use any MSG in our cooking. Our menu is mostly gluten free and contains several options for our vegan customers.
