Today, the Killian family present a refreshed version of this beloved island institution, one that builds on a rich history and wide circle of old friends with a new line-up of scratch-made daily offerings, a curated collection of the best brews and beverages from across the PNW, alongside a global wine list and an ongoing showcase for local artists and artistry, all seasoned with a generous dash of Pegasus love, gratitude and fellowship.
The best way to get your wings and sample the Pegasus experience is to drop by our waterfront landmark building on Parfitt Way – but if you're not on the island, come visit our online store and get freshly-roasted beans delivered to your door, along with a variety of gifts designed to help you share the Pegasus love with the whole world.
