Tenant Representation: Store roll outs for Hobby Lobby, Carmax, Ashley HomeStore, Office Depot and many other retail chains over the past thirty five years throughout the Pacific NW. Services include site selection, land acquistion and/or lease negotiation all the way through store opening.
Project Leasing: Multiple assignments from ground up assemblage and entitlement to power center lease-up with a primary focus on community and regional properties.
Surplus Disposition: Clients include Home Depot, Safeway, Albertson's, Office Max/Office Depot, Emporium Department Stores and serveral regional packages totaling over 14 Million Square Feet.
Re-Structuring Leases: Assignments to right size or relocate older retail formats to current proto typical formats for a variety of clients throughout the Pacific NW. A proven track record of definable results.
