Entertaining, inspiring, and uplifting, Meet Me at the Movies is a FREE, interactive film program that celebrates the wonder of film and its ability to connect us with life’s experiences and imagination.
Designed for people with memory loss and their care partners, this program can be enjoyed by all adults. Theme-based clips from classic and contemporary films are shown, followed by a lively audience conversation facilitated by Sam Sanders of the Frye Art Museum and BIMA’s Jenna d’Anna.
Calling all foodies! Our fall Meet Me at the Movies program will feature film clips and conversation on the theme of food from around the world. Enjoy Julia Child’s famous buttery recipes in Paris, Italian American delicacies on the Jersey Shore, Chinese cuisine intertwined with romance in Taiwan, and traditional Māori cooking in New Zealand.
This free, quarterly program is fun for all ages and specially designed for people living with memory loss. Registration is not required.
