Bainbridge Island, Washington, is a 2014 winner of the Voice of the People Award.
The Voice of the People Awards are presented jointly by the International City/County Management Association and the National Research Center, Inc.
The highest quality city services are recognized by citizens of cities in the following categories: community engagement, safety, mobility, foundations of livability, recreation and wellness, education and enrichment, natural environment, built environment and economy.
